ZEIT Kunstverlag, an arts publisher based in Hamburg and Berlin, is fully owned by the ZEIT publishing group and releases publications such as WELTKUNST, KUNST UND AUKTION and KQ DAILY in addition to other corporate publishing products. Divine’s task was to develop a website for the three main ZEIT Kunstverlag publications.
The site www.weltkunst.de was developed hand-in-hand with the responsible parties at ZEIT Kunstverlag. It combines knowledgeable articles, interesting facts about the art trade, and a comprehensive event calendar which sets outs everything on offer in a clear and legible way. For the technical implementation, Divine used the content management system WordPress. The editorial teams from the magazines involved and the publisher/sales employees received training from Divine. This way, everyone involved could easily publish new content directly onto the website, right from the start.

Divine’s solution enables the integration and interlinking of the many diverse products on offer from ZEIT Kunstverlag. Special services like the city guide show the added value that the online channel offers to art lovers – alongside high-level tips, the user can access the up-to-date events list and plan his or her totally individual art journey in the best possible way. At the same time, the website’s list of experts offers art dealers, exhibitors and gallery owners the opportunity to make an appearance and become recognised as a permanent fixture on the map of the art world!
